Have you ever gone through a separation, a loss, an experience that propelled you into a time of grieving? Perhaps more than once? If yes, this book is for you. It is an opportunity to connect our hearts and feel a sense of belonging in this world.

In the course of 16 months, Haida Bolton experienced the loss of her marriage, her community, her father and her precious home. As an empath and a writer, these events led her into a poetic journey through separation among the forests and ocean bays of Pender Harbour, British Columbia.

This book hopes to give you permission to wander out into natural spaces and grieve your loss freely in a space that holds no judgement, a natural space that simply allows you to feel what you feel because you are worthy of that. This book also hopes to present a possible path forward transitioning from grief and fear and loss to joy and love and hope.
