About the Author

Jia Hartsiva currently works in academic publishing and lives with her family in Toronto, Canada. After pursuing graduate studies at the University of Alberta in anthropology, she went on to write in the business and popular science fields. Her heart, however, lies in the world of fiction. She has a weakness for whodunits and a passion for Sherlock Holmes. The Arrival of Sherlock Holmes is her first novel of the great detective.
