Its setting-up and allocation directly affect the Union's general guidelines and objectives. Over time, numerous discussions have taken place on whether the budget is rationally allocated. The magnitude of a proper allocation is huge, especially these days which are characterized by an enormous economic and political fluidity. The aim of this book is to explain to the reader in a simplified manner the foremost aspects in terms of the preparation and allocation of EU budget. Through this book, the author is optimistic that he will enable the reader to critically delve into the subject and draw his personal conclusions as far as the rationality of this allocation is concerned.
