"Momma, Where My Daddy At? is a street thriller of drugs, sex, violence, and love that will have you keep turning the page to see what happens next. MaKwaun Jr. better known as Playa in his city, grew up not knowing his father. His father MaKwaun Sr., known in the streets as Playa Man, lived the street life and mysteriously dies in a fire. Playa finds himself asking questions, questions he feels no one can answer. As Playa gets older, his fatherless childhood causes him to have a change of heart. Playa's heart becomes cold and he finds himself down the same path as his father. His mother tries her best to direct him in a more positive direction, but MaKwaun makes his mind up and goes for what he feels right. Rage, pity and grief all plays a role in his life and he uses all them all to release his anger and pain. He lives a life of a survival and does the best that he knows how. Playa has a good heart and helps a lot of people, but with the lifestyle he was born into, he also hurts a lot of people. Snitches had to be dealt with. It was the G-Code of the streets, and he has a reputation to uphold. Deep down inside, he knows he has to change and he wants to change. He does not want to end up dead like his Daddy or end up in the Pen. He just doesn't know when or how to get out the game. Now a young man, MaKwaun Jr. begins to understand what his father went through and wishes more than anything that he can sit down and talk to him. He needs his father's fatherly advice more than ever. He prays that he sees his father one day, rather it's in his life or the afterlife... Whatever comes first.
