Mike Good had a plan to make the world a happier place while living in paradise.

Too bad it was illegal.

After Mother Nature and Maui Vice took away Mike's partner, marijuana crop, and life savings, his friend Tom offers a dubious solution. "Forget Maui. We can grow tons in Chaos."

Fellow environmentalist Mike hopes to team up with Missy in more ways than one. Though Chaos seems perfect for their clandestine mission, things get complicated when a scouting flight leads to a major smuggling operation with old pal Pablo Escobar. Throw an outraged Governor, the CIA, the Coast Guard, Tuck the Game Warden, the Cali Cartel, things in Chaos got, well, chaotic.
