The Savage World G E Stills

An Osprey helicopter crew and passengers leave their home station in Iraq on a routine resupply mission to a firebase in Syria. Partway to their destination a huge sandstorm envelopes the helicopter and causes it to crash. This storm is not an ordinary one. Instead of desert sand they have crashed in a lush jungle environment. It soon becomes apparent that the copilot's mayday was not received when no rescue arrives. Major Dillon Winfield, his crew, and passengers decide to leave the crash and search for a way home on foot. They quickly learn this new and savage world is filled with barbaric natives and deadly creatures. Some of the crew and passengers will survive and some will not as they attempt to return to their home base.
