Leanne has been doing some soul searching about her life. She has been struggling for a while to take care of her three children since her husband Juke went to prison. The bills were piling up and the Christmas Holiday was slowly approaching. Leanne's children were old enough to create Christmas lists so they were all attached to the fridge. Every time Leanne walked to the fridge her heart dropped to her feet. There was no way that she would be able to purchase gifts, keep a roof over their heads, and send Juke his monthly commissary. It would be damn near impossible because her hours were now cut at the small diner that she was a waitress at three times out the week. Brook, Essie, and Darby needed boots, coats, and warm clothes for this winter. Leanne broke down and cried because she was tired. Tired of being strong. Tired of doing all the parenting and taking care of bills alone. Leanne had not signed up for this lifestyle. She thought that by getting married to Juke and building a strong foundation with her husband before considering having children was the best thing for them. Looking at her current situation Leanne realized that all the planning and building in the world could have never prepared her for the things that were going on in her life these last six months.
