DO YOU WANT TO IMPROVE YOUR RELATIONSHIPS? Often, when we were children, we are taught not to think of something to say, but simply to accept whatever we are being told. In school and in family, adults educate us to not do this and not do that, they give us instructions about the "good manners" and things like that, but in most cases they didn't teach us in detail how to create good and long-lasting relationships with our counterparts. Growing up, we get used to rebel, to threaten others or we started shutting ourselves in. In brief, we have not a knowledge about building and living honest, fertile and authentic relationships in our social life, in business, with our boss, employees, clients and with our family. We need tools which allow our relationships to bloom with harmony, collaboration, understanding and empathy. The good news is that there are simple skills that we can learn and which can change our difficult relationships in a positive way and that at the same time can help us building new thriving connections. If it is true that we are "social animals," learning the skills that give us the opportunity to improve our social life is fundamental.
