Aurelia, in desperate need to escape from Athens and the horrible events that took place there the previous winter, gets a summer job with Luxury Tours at Syros Island. During a tour, she ends up getting attacked by a wasp that eventually flies in her ear. She wakes up in the hospital and things get interesting from there. Gradually slipping from reality to hallucination, Aurelia begins to question everything she sees, everything she feels. With horrible memories from the past, distant and recent, returning to hunt her, Aurelia has to fight her winged demons. To fight for her sanity and for her life.
