When we do the opposite, we end our day drained and prone to illness. This is a simple book to use on a daily basis and gain the practice for mastery. Often life can get us off track, this book is written so you can quickly return and refresh for the habit and discipline to heal yourself, protect yourself, work with another or with a group. Everything you need to know to practice and master your gift, while opening the door to more gifts as you awaken with enlightenment and the tools needed to do so. In addition, it touches base on explaining energy, working with energy and the energy that leaves our body when we die or "cross over."The style is to be non-prejudice against any spiritual or religious affiliation so that it can be easily interpreted and used by all. It is also kept brief and to the point. Fillers add to costs and are not needed in this step-by-step guide. It is more important to learn the techniques that have worked for many years by the author and put them into practice for you, your life, home and perhaps work in the field.
