Also known as Des The Poet locally and national. He has traveled the country performing and producing showcases. Spreading positive vibes throughout the community. Desmond has always allowed Poetry to be an outlet to release his experiences, stories, emotions and feelings. No Excuses will capitalize on his first publication called Adoer. As well as create momentum for his self acclaimed upcoming novel. Desmond hopes that this selection of Poems and Affirmations will motivate, inspire and spark something inside of every reader. If you are a fan of poetry or spoken word there is something inside that will speak to you directly. Des The Poet has been writing and performing poetry since 2012. Performing on stages gave him the courage and confidence to tackle life's problems at its core. Rather it is poverty, gang violence, relationships, or any other issue that life may present.
