Richard Revenant is dead. But he's not in Heaven, nor in Hell-he's in your headphones.

Freed from his mortal form by a number 45 bus, Richard finds that he can still see what's happening in the land of the living...but only when someone is listening to one of his songs. Unfortunately, Richard only ever released a single album, and he wasn't even especially satisfied with that. At least he's got his whole afterlife to work out what he could have done better...

Meanwhile, Richard's girlfriend Erin-another aspiring musician, every bit as prone to perfectionism as her boyfriend-must decide what her life will look like now he's gone. How will she get over the love of her life? And what of all the unreleased songs she's got tucked away on her hard drive?

No Perfect Songs is a love story, a ghost story, and a reminder that you never know what even your most half-baked ideas might mean to someone.
