The author Gill Fell is nearer 60 than 50 and lives in the North West of England, just North of the great city Liverpool, home of the Beatles and pans of Scouse. She is crazy (not really), but she is an empowerment, mindset, motivation speaker and coach. She recently has been described as "Firing bullets of positivity" she aims to help people feel excited and ready for taking action in life.

She was a Physical Training Instructor in the Royal Navy, and a British Police Trainer and this background gives her a strength behind her training, everything she delivers has a real purpose, it's all about you. She has a sense of humour and can find the funny side of life, being not only a survivor of cancer she is an advocate of making massive life changes to get best health and happiness back into your life. This book is intended to make you laugh at her, at yourself and at life itself.

She runs retreats and loves to meditate in small spaces, namely her boat on the canal, her wood cabin in the garden and more recently a considerable bell tent filled with cushions and twinkly lights. She loves to have fun and is often seen blowing bubbles off the back of her boat. Give her a wave or blow a bubble back. This book is for fun and making gentle changes. Making mindset changes are essential but loving life along the way to those changes is vital too. Have fun with it all. Gill loves life and wants you to as well.
