Dilbert meets Game of Thrones. Inoveh is once again threatened by the Kolens, a secretive people who live beyond the Augusteh Mountains. Olde Bryne and Grenden, and other members of the Society of Magens, struggle to keep Inoveh safe from the dark Kolen rot, while working to restore the Carolieh Monarchy. Selected to join the Society, Jenneh and Ryenn travel with Olde Bryne and Grenden, learning about Inoveh, the Society, the roles they will play when the Monarchy is restored, and the threats to Inoveh posed by the Kolens and their ways.
