An innocent secretary was kidnapped off the street and held captive for days by Gus Rollings. When he was done with her, he started a fire which he thought would destroy any evidence of the crime. He didn't escape fast enough and was detained by the police and firemen who responded to the fire call. One fireman, Lance Wilcox was totally taken aback by what he saw at the scene. Rather than having to testify, Gus decided to plead guilty and was sentenced to 15 years. When he was released, his victim, Kimberly, was beside herself, and Lance Wilcox again come to her rescue and found her a safe haven. Gus finds a way to infiltrate the supposedly secure haven and violence prevails again. Gus, however, finds a way in and is determined to kill his victim.
