I am an engineer with MBA-Masters in Business Administration (Human Resource) and Doctorate in 'Feedback Management Skills for Decision Making'. I have rich experience, two years in private companies, three years in a government job, followed by 36 years in a fortune 500 top Indian public sector company-last position held, a General Manager. Now I teach MBA-masters in business administration students; train engineers and technicians in industry as well as engineering students on energy efficiency; besides working as a consultant on energy efficiency. I am also a BEE- bureau of energy efficiency (ministry of power, government of India) certified energy manager.
