Alisie Adams is a young service member in the United States Navy with an exciting life to live. She meets and falls in love several times with men that are very different. Her life story takes her to America, Japan, Greece and finally England, where she settles. Many parts of her life are dark but through the darkness light finally shines on Alisie. She discovers that she needed to fall in love with herself for happiness to finally prevail on her.
