For average Brits Ian, Ben, and Nate it's time to get away from it all with a holiday to a country where the leader is competent and the politics are civil. Just kidding: they go to America.

What should be a relaxing tour of the east coast turns into a holiday from hell when they become embroiled in increasingly apocalyptic matters involving natural disaster, a CIA conspiracy, and a grumpy basset hound.
