Despite being the most wanted man, with a bounty on his head for stealing Hamelin's children, the fugitive Pied Piper comes out of hiding from Guernsey, and returns to the town Hamelin.

The story follows a once-hero fraught with enemies, willing to sacrifice even his own life for a chance at love and perhaps redemption.
