Living with my allergy is a book that has been written to inform children about what it can be like to have an allergy whilst growing up. This book provides an excellent introduction to a variety of different allergies whilst making a clear distinction between allergies and phobias. The information is conveyed in a light-hearted way with fun rhyming throughout and is written in a colloquial style. Younger children will require more assistance with certain vocabulary but overall the book is easy to follow and ends with a positive message.
