Facing the Music: Rushworth & Dreaper: a family music business in Liverpool
Jonathan Rushworth
The Rushworth name has been synonymous with music in Liverpool and beyond for over a century. Founded in 1840, the company was owned and managed by the family for five successive generations. Originally organ builders, the business diversified into piano restoration and the retail of instruments, famously supplying guitars to the Beatles.
