Lily is a little girl who loves playing games and having fun with her favourite Uncle, Sam, who has Motor Neurone Disease. Sam is in a wheelchair and needs a ventilator to breathe. Using their problem solving skills and with the help of some special friends they set about making things right. All profits from the book will go to the charity, Stand Against MND. The charity was founded by Sam Perkins who was diagnosed with MND at the age of 37. SAM raises money to fund research towards a cure and treatments for MND and also funds palliative care for those affected by MND.
