Fat Tah is a criminally involved teenager growing up in the rough streets of Camden, New Jersey. During the summer before his senior year of high school, his best friend Rodney is mysteriously killed inside of a crack house. Fat Tah begins to experience the harsh realities of peer pressure and substance abuse, while selling drugs for his murderous boss Rome. As Fat Tah's neighborhood remains held by the iron grip of violence, Talianna helps him to escape past memories of childhood abuse. While recognizing the need for change in his life, Fat Tah seeks out positive relationships to help guide his future.
