Cobwebs & Glitter is a collection of memories recorded by a woman who looks back fondly on the simple pleasures of a country childhood. In creating her story poems and accompanying drawings, she was reminded of a relevant quote from a Rachel Carson book given to her long ago.



"If I had influence with the Good Fairy, I would ask that her gift to all children be a sense of wonder so indestructible that it would last throughout life..."



She is certain (and grateful) that such a gift was granted to her all those years ago and is indeed still with her, as she begins her 8th decade of life.
