Michael Kelly had sought to gain the whole world and thought he'd succeeded, till the weight of his own arrogance and conceit collapsed that world around him and
left him to struggle through the rubble that remained; grim and frustrated memories of what was, emotionally, material, professionally.

From that small mountain church, through a series of encounters more and more evidently directed by the hand of GOD, Michael finds that to rebuild his life, he must walk a path by new found faith rather than by his old ways, a path leading through the intent and schemes of men just as arrogant and self-conceited as his own had once been.
