Now that I'm a Christian, what's next? After baptism, babes in CHRIST are taught how to worship GOD. The Bible outlines how the early century Christians conducted worship to GOD. GOD wants us to worship Him in spirit and in truth (John 4:22-23). GOD is not the author of confusion and does not accept man determining what the conditions of worshipping Him would be (1 Timothy 3:15; Acts 2:42-47). The Apostle Paul, being led by the HOLY SPIRIT, became the extension of JESUS and established The Church in Philippi, Rome, Ephesus, Corinthians, and many other regions. Paul planted Churches of Christ and outlined the pattern of worship in which each local body would replicate. The First Century Church, no matter where they were locally, practiced worship to GOD in the same manner. Thank GOD He left His pattern for worship for us to follow in the inspired word of GOD.
