Saga of Carus Yury Vasiliev
Saga of Carus
Yury Vasiliev
Saga of Carus is a journal of a new Canadian who arrived from Europe to New World in the year of 1804 at the dawn of 19th century to get to know country which was to become Canada. He traveled across the continent, from the Atlantic Ocean to the Rocky Mountains, experiencing rough seas, boundless forests, great prairie, great lakes.
His log book combines history, adventure, romance, and reflects his own opinion of what he saw, of people whom he met as well as events in Canada of those days he happened to be the part of. Though this book is based on historical facts and very educative it's written for easy reading with a touch of humor. This book aimed to help those who interested in little known facts of History of Canada.
