Reality is essentially subjectively unknowable, existing as an image, perception, perspective or belief generated by a person, group or society. Nevertheless, consciousness, supported by our unconscious mind/brain and bootstrapped through social collaboration, is the only resource available to observe, create and comprehend our existence. In this little book we explore the various ways that we as humans participate in co-creating our reality. This series of short books, which are published under Conscious Look Books, are conversational in nature, taking full advantage of your lived experience to share what can sometimes be difficult concepts to grab onto. But, you are ready. We live in a world that is tearing itself apart, where people are out of control, rebelling from years of real and perceived abuse and suppression of thought.
