Build or Destroy "The Guide to grinding" can be best described as a "how to do for self" manual, created for those that fight against the biggest enemy we ever encounter during our brief lives on the planet, Ourselves. These pages do not contain any answers, but methods for you (the reader) to utilize and adapt to your own life situations that you will inevitably encounter as you realign, refocus, and rehabilitate your shattered way of thinking. This is not a party, but it could be interpreted as a gift with some assembly required; the new you is the gift( the guide to grinding just help to put it all together so it runs smoothly and has staying power. The guide book is just that...a sign post on your journey. Never written to satisfy, or sooth one's soul, this is not that kind of experience...more akin to an experiment in self-induced evolution.
