On the many levels of discrimination against Black Americans, not only by other races, but also within the Black American race. This booklet also addresses stereotypes and bigotry against a race of people, even within the Government, from the writer's perspective. Being born into your race is not a decision made by the individual but by a Higher power, and we have no input in the process.
