Twenty years ago, Chuck Arnold had just enlisted into the Army. While in basic training, he was notified that his whole family was killed in a house fire. Twenty years later he left the army, and returned home. He decided to determine the cause of that fire. He got some help from a former policeman, who also was the first person at the scene of the fire. Together they got more and more evidence until there was no other cause of the fire. It had to be arson. But who would have done such a thing, and why!
