The puzzles require either numbers, letters, hexadecimal digits or symbols. The puzzles are printed as large as possible so that there is enough space for number flags for each number field. All puzzles can be easily solved by excluding letters by process of elimination from other columns, rows, or boxes, leaving only one possible solution at a time.
