Many years ago, my wife decided to compile a family cookbook for those in her family who wanted the family recipes. She wasn't computer savvy at that time so I was drafted to help her with this project. In the end, the book was over 800 pages. I suggested she edit it down to only those recipes she prepared frequently. This didn't happen. Years later I found myself between stories and decided I would condense this monster cookbook to a size I thought preferable. This is it.
