Its the 21st century now and the Regulators play the same game, terrorizing and brutalizing the forces of evil to keep innocent people safe.. But then one night a pair of power mad scientitst harness the same power Doctor Victor Frankenstein did in Shelley's story and a monsgter is unleashed on a murderous rampoage and all that stands between the innocent people of the world is a lone Regulator, Madame Orage, a champion of the weak who strikes fear in the hearts of those bent on serving evil intentions. It is a life a death fight to gthe finish, filled with action and emotion.
