Lack of employability amongst graduate students at both levels, undergraduate and post graduate, shown by statistics and industry practitioners raises an alarm, especially in the upcoming age of Artificial Intelligence "AI". Since pedagogy is evolutionary and dynamic in nature, a process of constant improvements to stakeholder's capacity, namely, the learner, the employer, the knowledge provider, and societal needs. The ultimate purpose of pedagogical innovation, is to create competency amongst learners that leads to better employability. Personal competitive advantage of the individual learner, allows learners to compete at the personal level, and in the job market, which is not only mutually constructive, but beneficial to society at large. This essay discusses such process and suggest approaches to achieve better results.
