Knave. It's an old term that characterizes someone as untrustworthy and unprincipled. For the newly hired security guards who work the grave shift at the Steel Casino, they couldn't imagine a more befitting word for not only the drunks and the gamblers, but for their fellow officers. The hotspot is rife with scandals, debauchery, and sin. Each day is marked by nasty fights, petty drama, and chaotic mood swings. The toxic environment around them is enough to humble all of the rookies into culture shock. It is also the perfect home for something that is lurking within the casino. Something dark and sinister that thrives on the negativity. A supernatural entity that stalks through the halls and gambling floor, picking its moments and forcing the officers to always be looking over their shoulders. But much worse than any ghost, a plan is afoot. Others have laid claim to the casino: A group of men who dabble in the occult, who have sold their souls to greed, and who use violence for their own amusement. A group who is led by one of the Steel Casino's very own security officers.
