In 1945 World War II ended and all the countries in our world were at peace. The United States was building ships at a fast pace and that year they launched the biggest ship afloat, the USS Midway, named after the major battle that turned the tide in the war with Japan. The Midway served for the next 47 years and participated in many important naval evolutions, as in 1965 it was deeply involved in the Vietnam War. This is a story about one year in its legendary history, so be piped aboard and live with part of its crew aboard the mighty Midway.
