Challenge exams? Tests? In contract law, these are no easy task. There are tons of materials to read regarding Canadian contract law. Worse that can happen is that on the day of the exams, one's mind just freezes and struggles to recall. In open book exams, it is tempting to open the textbook -- but this is tricky because there is simply no time. After going through an accreditation process before the National Committee of Accreditation of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada, I understand the student's pain and joy. To help myself, I extracted the meat of a rule or principle from common law cases and jurisprudence, excerpting the text that will give the elements and exceptions. I created mnemonics to aid recall. This is my technique. It saved me time -- and it could save yours. In this edition, I added mindmaps to help organize thoughts.
