Everyday each of us face obstacles, challenges and situations that forever change our lives. When these things occur in a negative way we question why or what if? By doing this we create a sense of curiousity that hinders progress and the need to face the present. In this book I want to present you with an alternative way to view the world. Instead of asking "What If?" I invite you to ask "What Now?" I will take you on my journey and show you how applying this not only shaped my world but those around me.
