The first collection extracted from Flow (Revised and Expanded) Chalice contains meditations, visions and reflections set out in both poetry and prose. Sometimes there is one short poem or thought on a page. This is so personal notes and reflections can be added. Some continually lead the reader to a single word which is the point, or points, of that poem. Too often we race through life and rarely pause to reflect. In these arhythmic and sometimes shape poems the emphasis is reflection on the whole concept with some focus on a single word. Here even the word 'and' can be significant.
