Education or enlightenment towards joy and happiness is often brushed aside for lack of time or opportunity. We don't know how to approach the topic or it's taken for granted because ''kids are always happy anyway." And so, more and more often, our children are exposed to dissatisfaction and discontent instead of being contaminated with gratitude and joy. This is my humble manual, a little help to introduce "the Happiness Game" in our days.
