So many people believe that when they're making a job transition for whatever reason, that the resume is the critical anchor and only tool necessary to land the next job. And they believe that the more pretty looking and sounding resumes are the ones that get people jobs. Unfortunately that's just not true. I found myself looking for a job in the last transition I made.
