Aspen, known as DaemonSpawn, is the hated half-breed daughter of Elphic, the usurper king. When the golden haired Calvic prince arrives with an army to wrest back his rightful inheritance, war is imminent. Aspen becomes the pawn of kings, but she's never been very good at doing what she's told. However, taking charge of her own destiny isn't so easy when every man she meets wants to marry her or kill her.


A tale of heroes and evil, nobility and greed. Add a vengeful DarkSeer, a lustful slaver, a reluctant dragon and a dash of romance, and Aspen's chances of surviving, let alone gaining her happily-ever-afters, seem slim. For young adults, and adults young at heart.
