Four multimillionaires - a celebrity doctor, corporate lawyer, electronics/computer executive and the beautiful Tiara (pronounced Tee'ah'Rah) Wilson, an international financial consultant working on Wall Street, all end up homeless due to sabotage on the job, emotional or mental problems, the loss of a loved one or just plain bad luck. The men are targeted by the gangs while on the mean streets of New York and later the even more violent streets of Los Angeles, although none of them started out knowing each other. Tiara returns to her hometown of Pine Hills, SC and relives the mental and emotional abuse she endured as a child. When she is finally able to return to New York, a contract is put out on her life for something that she did while in Pine Hills.
