What is so great about a Crock Pot? I started slow cooking because it is easy. Put everything in a pot a when the time is up, you have a great meal without fuss. But I started to realize slow makes the meal more flavorful. The meat you use is never dry, and the flavors you combine just blend together to make a mouth watering meal that you can make again and again without any flaws. Just put it in the Crock pot and eat up. This book contains several of my favorite recipes.
