On the outside, Hamilton & Montgomery, Inc. is Philadelphia's most prestigious advertising firm. Owned by husband and wife power couple, the company appears to be nothing less than perfect. But that's only one side of the story... Ashlee Jorden has her own colorful commentary on everything: work; friendship; the bosses; and romance. She and her best friend, Hunter, have been at the firm for years, working their way up from being unpaid interns. Working on the highest floor in the company gives the two assistants their own level of workplace benefits. Ashlee just wants to advance her job title. Hunter enjoys the drama hidden on the 34th floor. When Ashlee is finally offered her dream position within the agency, her eyes begin to open to the questionable actions that occur on the floor. The new position comes with a new face around the office; one that may do more damage than good. It's not long before pieces of the offices' foundation begin to chip away, revealing secrets the bosses have been hiding. The line between business and pleasure becomes blurred as the foundation weakens. When all is said and done, will the truth finally set them free?
