A Monkey by the name of GOCO has a full time job--to do nothing all day long. One day the Master Spider Monkey changes his life, GOCO gets a real job. GOCO is to watch a small egg, so small that he can not see it with his magnifier lens. He is to measure the size of the egg every day and to watch the egg grow for 24 hours a day. GOCO does not know that he will become a part of the butterfly metamorphosis and a legend to save millions of butterflies...and to find a new friend forever.
