A Poetry collection. Focusing on subjects often not talked about. The need to talk about these issues is paramount, for to long the stigma attached to Mental Illness has been enforced by the mainstream media and the arts. These poems reflect my personal battle with Mental Illness and touch on such emotive subjects as sexual abuse, suicide, depression and domestic violence. If one of my poems makes just one person understand that they are not alone then my pain and torment I have faced will be worth it. Don not be silent anymore. Use your voices and speak up and let's end the ongoing stigma
