You Are Standing Where I Died
Edwin B Lowry
Ralph is tormented by his past with dreams that cause pain and sadness. He spends his days in Leaford City drinking his life away on the streets. A night that he will never forget happened to him fifty years ago, a night of horror, and loss.
When he was a child, Ralph feared sleeping by himself within his bedroom. Something was in there with him, and the screams that he let out saved him when his parents came rushing into his room. They would let him sleep in their bed but that wouldn't stop the monster from coming. It would come out of the closet, and it would come for Ralph and his family.
That was then, and now as a much older Ralph thinks about his past, thinks about the horror that went on that night, he knows what he has to do. He has to travel back to his childhood home and confront the monster that had tormented him.
