The U. S. S Gerald R. Ford, America's most advanced nuclear-powered aircraft carrier, sits dead in the water roughly 200 miles off its east coast. Not a single electronic circuit will function. It's crew is safe, the vessel intact. It sits vulnerable and totally defenceless. Who is the villain here? Russia? China? Do both now secretly conspire against the U. S.? Or perhaps is this just another American deceitful manipulating lie? The possibilities and motives are both abundant and complicated. Or perhaps there is another power at play.
